I recently found this fabulous blog - Smile and Wave, and came across this super cute tutorial for a doily pillow. It looks pretty simple and inexpensive to make - you can find doilies at JoAnn's, a local flea market or antique store, ebay, etsy or maybe even Grandma's attic.
